| 摘 要： | 目的观察清金畅肺饮加减辅助治疗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年1月~2014年1月收支的AECOPD患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组有效率为93.18%,明显高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用清金畅肺饮加减辅助治疗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期能够取得比较满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Qingjinchangfei drink adjuvant therapy for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation（AECOPD） clinical effect. MEHTODS In our hospital in 2013 January-2014 year in January 88 AECOPD patients payments cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group. RESULTS The observation group was 93. 18%,significantly higher than 79. 55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The use of Qingjinchangfei drink adjuvant therapy for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can obtain satisfactory treatment effect of acute exacerbation. |
