仙龙解毒饮的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的对仙龙解毒饮的薄层鉴别和含量测定进行研究。方法采用TLC对处方中麦冬、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用UV-HPLC测定甘草中甘草苷含量。结果薄层色谱中均检出麦冬、甘草,斑点清晰,阴性均无干扰,专属性强。甘草苷在11.0~109.6μg·m L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r^2=0.9996),平均加样回收率为101.2%(RSD=1.55%)。结论本实验建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为仙龙解毒饮的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the TLC Identification and Content Determination of Xianlong Jiedu Yin. METHODS TLC method was used to identify radix ophiopogonis and liquorice. The content of liquritin was determined by UV-HPLC. RESULTS The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The response of liquritin was linear in the ranges of 11. 0 ~ 109. 6μg·m L- 1(r^2= 0. 9996),the average recovery was 101. 2%,RSD = 1. 55%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Xianlong Jiedu Yin.
