24例根管治疗失败的原因以及对策分析

目的探究分析根管治疗失败的原因以及对策。方法选取我院口腔科自2008年12月至2013年12月收治的根管治疗失败患者24例，其中患牙37颗。根据患者就诊原因，X线检查以及临床表现对治疗失败的原因进行分析。归纳总结并找出相应对策。结果严重根尖周病变以及根管欠填充是导致根管治疗失败的主要原因；根管继发感染亦是治疗失败的重要原因；根管遗漏、牙折、继发龋、根管内外吸收、超充对于治疗也有重要影响。结论根管欠填充以及严重根尖周病变是根管治疗失败的主要原因，提高临床填充技术水平、做好根管预备消毒可以切实提高患者根管治疗成功率。

Analysis of causes and countermeasures of root canal treatment failure in 24 cases

Objective To analyze causes and countermeasures of root canal treatment failure. Methods 24 cases of root canal treatment failure in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2013 were selected, with 37 teeth. We conducted data analysis, summed up and found out corresponding countermeasures according to medical reasons, X-ray and clinical manifestations. Results Serious periapical lesions and less filling root canal were main reasons for root canal treatment failure, root canal secondary infection was another important reason for treatment failure; root canal omissions, fractured tooth, secondary caries, internal and external absorption of root canal, super charge also had important influence on root canal treatment. Conclusions Serious periapical lesions and less filling root canal are main reasons for root canal treatment failure. It may improve root canal treatment success rate to improve clinical filling technology and achieve in root canal disinfection.
