不同术式治疗结石性胆囊炎的临床效果评价

目的探讨不同术式治疗结石性胆囊炎临床疗效。方法随机分为腹腔镜胆囊切除组100例采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术，开腹胆囊切除86例采用开腹胆囊切除术观察两组的临床效果。结果腹腔镜胆囊切除组97例顺利完成手术，3例中转开腹；两组在观察内容比较P〈0．05有明显的差异性。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后镇痛药物使用、切口感染情况、进食时间、诱发原发疾病发生情况、及住院时间上明显优于开腹胆囊切除组。腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗结石性胆囊炎在手术病例上能够慎重选择，手术过程中认真细致，腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、抗生素应用少、并发症合并症少、住院时间缩短等优点。

Different surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in clinical evaluation

Objective To explore the different surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in clinical efficacy.Methods A randomly divided into 100 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,86 cases of open cholecystectomy with open cholecystectomy clinical effects were observed.Results 97 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy group successfully completed surgery,3 were converted to laparotomy;two groups in the observation of the contents of P ＜ 0.05 significant differences.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy group operation time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time,postoperative analgesic use,wound infection,eating time,inducing the occurrence of primary disease,and hospitalization time was better than open cholecystectomy group.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in patients able to carefully select,serious and meticulous surgical procedures,laparoscopic and minimally invasive,rapid postoperative recovery,less antibiotic use,complications,fewer complications and hospitalization time and so on.
