川芎挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘    要:目的确定川芎挥发油的β-CD包结最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验方法,比较影响β-CD包结技术的主要因素,并对制成的包合物经薄层检识,筛选适合于川芎挥发油的最佳包合条件。结果川芎挥发油的β-CD最佳包结工艺为:挥发油(mL):β-CD(g):1:8,搅拌时间2h,温度30℃条件下包结,包合率达到80%以上。结论所建立的方法稳定可靠,挥发油包合率较高,适用于含川芎药材制剂的剂型改进。

Abstract:Objective To determine the best preparation procedure of β-CD inclusion compound for volatile oil of Rhizoma Chuanxiong with β-CD.Methods The orthogonal test was employed to test effects of main factors,and inclusion compound was identified by TLC.Results The optimal inclusion procedure was that β-CD with volatile oil of 8:1(g/mL) was stirred for 2 hr at 30℃,including rate was above 80.0%.Conclusion The preparation procedure of including volatile oil was stable,reliable and was suitable for improving dosage form of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
