| Abstract: | Taking advantage of the cord bolld as a source of LAK cells, the proliferation,NK activity and phenotype of of cord bolld lymphocytes were studied.Results showed:1)Cord bolld has a lot of lymphocytes actively proliferation.2)Cord blood lymphocytes show a low NK activity in 7d in vitro,beome normalized when stimulated with IL-2,and graduallyundergo maturation.3) CD3,CD4,CD8 and DR ratios heighten significantly,being 76.4%,13.66%,70% and 1.5% respectively.These suggesed that the cord blood can serve as an important(satisfactory)source of LIK cells. |
