TSG101 基因在肉瘤中表达的初步研究

 目的 检测肿瘤易感基因TSG101在肉瘤的表达情况，探讨其表达在肉瘤发生中的可能作用。方法 福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋40例肉瘤标本进行HE和TSG101免疫组织化学染色，观察TSG101的表达情况。结果 肿瘤易感基因TSG101在肉瘤中的表达率较低，仅为17．5％。结论 TSG101基因的缺陷可能是间叶组织来源恶性肿瘤的常发事件，其表达情况与恶性上皮组织肿瘤中的显著差异对两者的鉴别诊断可能有帮助。

Preliminary Investigation of Expression of The Tumor Susceptibility Gene TSG101 in Sarcoma

Objective To detect the expression of the tumor susceptibility gene TSG101 in sarcoma to investigate the potential role of TSG101 in the pathogenesis of sarcoma. Methods 40 formalin fixed and paraffin embeded sarcoma tissues were stained by HE and immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of TSG101. Results The expression of TSG101 showed low level in sarcomas, with only 17. 5% positive rate. Conclusion The defect of tumor susceptibility gene TSG101 appeared to be a frequent event in cancers derived from mesenchymal tissues. The different expressing rate of TSGI01 in sarcomas and carcinomas implied a potential marker for differential diagnosis between them.
