颈总动脉内膜中层厚度与糖尿病神经病变的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨糖尿病神经病变(Diabetic europathy,DN)患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(Common carotid artery intima—media thickness,CCA IMT)的变化及其与DN的相关性。方法对91例2型糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)患者进行CCAIMT、神经传导速度(Nerve conducting velocity,NCV)、密歇根糖尿病神经病变评分(Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score,MDNS)等项目的检查,分析CCAIMT与DN的相关性及DN的危险因素。结果CCAIMT与NCV呈负线性相关关系(P〈0.05),与MDNS呈正线性相关关系(P〈0.05)。结论CCAIMT与DN具有相关性,可以通过神经病变来大致推测CCA有无早期动脉粥样硬化的发生,也可以通过CCAIMT大致推测周围神经病变的程度,CCAIMT是DN的一个独立危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the changes of diabetic neuropathy(DN) and its relationship with common carotid artery intima-meia thickness(CCA IMT).Methods The CCA IMT,nerve conducting velocity(NCV,and Michigan DN score(MDNS) were detected in 91 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patient and the risk factors and relationship between CCA IMT and DN were analyzed.Results There was negative linear relation between CCA IMT and DN,it was positive linear relation between CCA IMP AND MDNS with P<0.05.Conclusion There might be relationship between CCA IMT and DN.We might presume whether early arteriosclerosis emergedroughly through DN and CCA IMP could also presume the degree of peripheral neuropathy.CCA IMT might be an isolated risk factor of DN.
