家兔鼓索神经单纤维对味刺激的反应特点

摘    要:本工作用盐酸奎宁(Quinine HCl)、苯基硫脲(Phenylthiocarbamide,PTC)刺激家兔的舌表面,然后在鼓索神经单纤维上进行记录。实验结果表明同为苦味的盐酸奎宁和PTC所引起的鼓索神经的反应方式是有区别的。这提示了具有苦味的不同分子团,可能作用于不同的感受器或同一感受器的不同受体。而家兔鼓索神经分布的舌区可能不存在或很少存在PTC的感受器或相应受体。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to record responses of nerve (?) chorda tympani in the rabbits during stimulating the tongue Surface by quinine HC1 and phenylthiocarbamide (PTC). Different responses of nerve fibers in chorda tympani to quinine HCl and PTC were found, having the same bitter. The experiments show that quinine HCl and PTC effect different receptors. However, the tongue surface which chords tympani nerve fibers are distributed in rabbits does not exist the receptors of the PTC or a few ones.
