| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗HCG抗体、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在女性不孕症诊断中的临床应用。方法采用电化学发光法测定女性不孕症患者血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平,用ELISA间接法定性检测抗HCG抗体。结果抗HCG抗体阳性组雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平明显低于抗HCG抗体阴性组。结论抗HCG抗体、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在女性不孕症诊断中有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection serum anti-HCG and estradiol and progesterone in infertile women.Methods Serum estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) in infertile women were detected by ECLIA , Anti-HCG were detected by ELISA.Results the levels of estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) in anti-HCG positive group were significantly lower than those in anti-HCG negative group.Conclusions The combined detection of anti-HCG and estradiol and progesterone were of important clinical value in diagnosis of infertile women. |
