宫腔镜下通液术结合中药灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症

目的：探讨治疗输卯管阻塞性不孕症的有效方法。方法：将84例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。对照组采用西药行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药保留灌肠治疗。结果：两组输卵管通畅情况、妊娠率、受孕时间方面比较，治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论：宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术结合中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症安全、效果好。
