| 摘 要： | 目的对表达美洲大蠊CrPI变应原的卡介苗（BCG）进行免疫原性评估，为BCG脱敏疫苗的研制提供实验基础。方法10^6CFU重组BCG．CrPI包下注射免疫BALB／C小鼠，分别于免疫0、2、4、6、8周收集血清。使用纯化的重组CrPI被ELISA板，ELISA检测CrPI特异性IgG及IgG1、IgG2a亚类。结果重组BCG—CrPI皮下注射免疫BALB／C小鼠2用后，血清CrPI特异性IgG显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组IgG1及IgG2a也显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），IgG2a升高更明显。结论重组美洲大蠊BCG—CrPI具免疫原性，并且诱Th1优势免疫应答。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity of recombinant Periplaneta Americana BCG-Cr PI allergen, and to provide the basis for developing BCG allergen vaccine. Methods BALB/C mice were immunized subcutaneously by 106CFU recombinant BCG-Cr PI, sera were collected at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks. Cr PI specific IgG, IgG1, IgG2a were measured by ELISA using purified recombinant Cr PI antigen. Results In BCG-Cr PI immunized group, Cr PI specific IgG rose quickly after 2 weeks, there was significant difference between the experimental and control groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, Cr-PI specific IgG1, IgG2a were also higher than control groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, with IgG2a more significantly. Conclusion Recombinant Periplaneta Americana BCG-Cr PI allergen had immunogenicity and it can induce Thl dominant immune response. |
