| 摘 要： | 目的 研究房颤患者血浆内脂素、氨基末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左心房内径(LAD)的变化,探讨其临床意义.方法 选择46例符合诊断要求的心内科住院房颤患者,分为阵发性房颤组(房颤持续时间小于7 d,n=22)和持续性房颤组(房颤持续时间大于或等于7 d,n=24),另选择同时期心内科住院无房颤患者(n=15)作为对照组,比较各组间内脂素、NT-proBNP、LAD变化.结果 持续性房颤组与阵发性房颤组和对照组比较,内脂素、NT-proBNP水平明显升高,LAD明显增大(P<0.05);阵发性房颤组和对照组内脂素、NT-proBNP水平以及LAD比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);内脂素水平与LAD呈正相关.结论 内脂素、NT-proBNP水平以及LAD与房颤的持续性有关,可以用来预测房颤的转归,指导房颤治疗.
