口岸常用3种消毒剂对芽孢的杀灭效果观察

目的研究3种口岸卫生处理常用含氯消毒剂对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌实验对3种含氯消毒剂杀灭枯草芽孢的效果进行比较观察。结果在常温下,用含有效氯200mg/L的二元制二氧化氯液体消毒剂作用10min;含有效氯400mg/L的一元制二氧化氯消毒粉剂作用10min;含有效氯250mg/L的氧化还原电位泡腾片制剂作用5min;对载体内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率均≥99.97%。结论 3种消毒剂杀灭微生物效果随浓度增加、作用时间延长而增强。3种消毒剂在同样条件下,对细菌芽孢杀灭效果有明显差异,其中固体泡腾片消毒剂杀灭效果优于其他两种。

Effects on 3 kinds of common disinfectants for killing endospore at port

Objective To study the sterilization effects on 3 kinds of chlorine-containing disinfectant for killing at port. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was adopted to observe 3 kinds of chlorine--containing disinfectants for killing Bacillus subtilis vat. niger in the lab. Results At room temperature, Bacillus subtilis vaz.. niger was put into the 200 mg/L liquid disinfectant with binary Chlorine Dioxide for 10 min, and the 400 mg/L Singal-Ingredient chlorine dioxide with available chlorine for 10 min and the 250 mg/L chlorine-antiseptic REDOX potential effervescent tablets with available chlorine for 5 rain separately. All the killing rates were equal or higher than 99.97%. Conclusion The effects of these chlorine--containing disinfectants on endospore are significantly different, and the effects are increasing with higher density and longer time, among which solid effervescent disinfectant is superior to the other two.
