国境口岸出入境人员传染病监测信息管理系统的建立与应用

摘    要:目的实现国境口岸传染病监测全过程的信息化,国境口岸传染病监测现场与卫生检疫实验室间的信息共享。方法集成采用条形码、证件识别和光纤技术建立信息系统并应用于口岸现场和实验室。结果本系统的应用实现了国境口岸传染病监测全过程的信息化和国境口岸传染病监测现场与卫生检疫实验室间的信息共享。结论本系统在深圳五个口岸应用以来,口岸传染病监测和实验室检测效率大大提高;系统的应用为国境口岸传染病症状监测的开展和输入性传染病早期预测预警水平的提高奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective To realize the informationization on the whole process of infectious diseases monitoring at frontier ports, and to achieve information sharing among frontier port site and quarantine laboratory. Methods Integrated using bar codes, ID recognition and optical fiber technology were used to establish the information system between the port field site and the laboratory. Results Application of the system achieved the informatization in whole process of infectious diseases monitoring at frontier ports and information sharing between frontier field and quarantine laboratory. Conclusion Since the system have been applied at five Shenzhen ports, infectious diseases surveillance and laboratory detection efficiency is greatly improved, and the application of system can provide the foundation for infectious disease symptom monitoring and early forecast warning for imported infectious diseases.
