经皮内镜下椎板间入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的探讨经皮内镜下椎板间入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对35例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用经皮内镜下椎板间入路摘除突出的椎间盘组织,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分系统(VAS)及改良Mac Nab标准评价疗效。结果 35例均获得随访,时间2~l2个月。术后患者VAS评分较术前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。根据改良Mac Nab标准评价:优27例,良4例,可2例,差2例,优良率88.6%。结论经皮内镜下椎板间入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症创伤小,早期疗效满意。

Percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar discectomy on lumbar disc herniation

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar discectomy ( PEID) in treating lumbar disc herniation .Methods Thirty-five patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by PEID , visual analogue scale ( VAS) and the modified Macnab standard were used to evaluate the efficiency .Results All the patients were followed up for 2~12 months.The VAS significantly decreased postoperatively comparing with that preoperatively, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05).According to modified MacNab standard , the clinical effects were excellent in 27 cases, good in 4,fair in 2 and poor in 2.The excellent and good rate was 88.6%.Conclusions PEID has advantages of minimal trauma .Short-term efficacy is satisfactory .
