球囊扩张式管腔内支架的研制及动物实验研究

摘    要:目的研制球囊扩张式管腔内支架,并进行实验研究,与国外同类支架进行比较,评价其使用效果及性能。方法用国产材料研制球囊扩张式内支架,采用物理、化学及动物实验方法,从材料性能、表面处理、整体结构性能、生物相容性等多方面进行了研究,对其使用效果与国外产品进行了比较。结果研制的内支架在表面性能、压缩/扩张口径比、支撑力均匀性、稳定性、顺应性及综合性能上接近国外同类产品,组织血液相容性好,内膜增生有自限性。结论研制的内支架综合性能符合使用要求。

Abstract:Purpose To develope a renovated stent and evaluate its properties compared with imported products by experimental studies. Methods The errosion resistance, the surface properties and biocompatibility of stainless steel, and the stability and longitudinal flexibility of home made stent were compared with three kinds of imported stents through physical chemical and animal experiments. Results There was no significant difference in the surface properties, expention ratio, and flexibility, but some improvement of the stability and homogenity of new stent compared with the imported ones.It also showed good bio and blood compatibility and self limited intima proliferations in animal experiments. Conclusion The self made stent according to the demands could be used to replace the expensive imported ones.
