宁波市现代结核病控制策略实施与推广效果评价

目的 评价宁波市推行现代结核病控制策略所取得的成效。方法 对1994～2001年实施卫生部结核病控制项目所采取的措施进行回顾性总结分析。结果 涂阳肺结核病人发现水平逐年提高，涂阳肺结核病人队列分析治愈率91．7％，其中初治93．0％，复治85．5％。结论 实施现代结核病控制策略取得了较大成效，要提高发现率和治愈率，以加快宁波市结核病控制进程。

Evaluation on the implementation and popularization of modern tuberculosis control strategy in Ningbo City

Objective To evaluate the achievements made in implementation of modern tuberculosis control strategy in Ningbo City Methods Modern tuberculosis control measures recommended by Ministry of Health and implemented in Ningbo City since 1994 were retrospectively analyzed Results It shows that the rate for discovery of tuberculosis patients has been increasing year by year The results of cohort analysis shows that the cure rate for sputum positive patients was 91 7% with the initial cure rate and retreatment cure rate were 93 0% and 85 5%, respectively Conclusion Good results have been obtained in tuberculosis control by implementation of modern tuberculosis control strategy, the discovery rate and cure rate should be enhanced to speed up the progress in tuberculosis control in Ningbo City
