徐基平教授运用中医药辅助治疗乳腺癌经验举隅

介绍徐基平教授运用中医药治疗乳腺癌术后及放化疗后的辨证思维及临床经验。徐教授认为乳腺癌术后、放化疗后在临床上可辨为气阴两虚、冲任失调、脾虚肝郁、气虚血瘀及肝肾亏虚5个证型,针对不同证型,辨证施治,运用参麦地黄汤、八珍汤、二仙汤、黄芪桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤、蒌贝逍遥散、归脾汤、左归饮合二至丸等方,临证加减,疗效可观。并附验案1则,以资佐证。

Experience of Professor Xu Jiping in the Adjuvant Treatment of Breast Cancer with Traditional Chinese Medicine

This paper introduces Professor Xu Jiping’s syndrome differentiation thinking and clinical experience in the treatment of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine after surgery and chemoradiotherapy.Xu think after surgical resection and received both radiotherapy and chemotherapy,there are five syndromes in total,such as qi and yin deficiency,chong-ren impairment,spleen-deficiency and liver-depression,qi deficiency and blood stasis and the deficiency of liver and kidney.According to different syndrome types,evidence-based medicine,when using Dihuang decoction,Bazhen decoction,Erxian decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction,Xiaoyao powder with Gualou and Zhebeimu,Guipi decoction,Zuogui Yin add Erzhi pill,add or subsract Chinese Medicine as the symptom is diffrent.One case is attached.
