桃红四物汤联合卡泊三醇治疗气滞血瘀型寻常型银屑病临床观察

目的观察加味桃红四物汤联合卡泊三醇治疗气滞血瘀型寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取80例气滞血瘀型寻常型银屑病患者,遵照随机数字表法分成采用加味桃红四物汤联合卡泊三醇治疗的治疗组和采用卡泊三醇治疗的对照组各40例。观察2组PASI评分、DLQI评分、中医证候评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组PASI评分、DLQI评分、中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论加味桃红四物汤联合卡泊三醇治疗气滞血瘀型寻常型银屑病临床使用安全有效,适宜在临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Calcipotriene in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Calcipotriene in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Eighty patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type Psoriasis vulgaris were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group by randomized grouping,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Calcipotriene and the control group was treated with Calcipotriene.The curative effects,PASI score,DLQI score,TCM syndrome grade and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,PASI score,DLQI score and TCM syndrome grade in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group,and there had statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion The Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Calcipotriene has a good clinical effect in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type psoriasis vulgaris.It is suitable for clinical application.
