痹证贴穴位透药联合烧山火针法治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎临床观察

目的探讨痹证贴穴位透药联合烧山火针法治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和作用机理。方法选取86例风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。治疗组予痹证贴穴位透药联合烧山火针法治疗;对照组予普通针刺加双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊治疗,记录2组患者1、2个疗程后视觉模拟量表(VAS)和西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及2个疗程后的临床疗效。结果治疗前2组VAS和WOMAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1个疗程后2组VAS和WOMAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2个疗程后2组VAS和WOMAC评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2个疗程后2组临床总有效率分别为95.35%(41/43)和81.40%(35/43),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痹症贴穴位透药联合烧山火针法能有效缓解风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛症状,降低VAS和WOMAC评分。

Clinical Observation on Bizheng Paste Acupoint Penetration Medicine Combined with Compound Acupuncture in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis of Wind-cold-dampness Arthralgia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Bizheng paste acupoint penetration medicine combined with compound acupuncture in treating 43 cases of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type.Methods 86 cases of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bizheng paste acupoint penetration medicine combined with compound acupuncture.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture plus diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules(Dai Fen).The scores of VAS and WOMAC after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment and the clinical efficacy after two courses of treatment were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in VAS and WOMAC scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.066,P>0.05),(t=0.464,P>0.05).After a course of treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS and WOMAC scores between the two groups(t=0.133,P>0.05),(t=1.212,P>0.05).After two course of treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were statistically significant(t=4.340,P<0.01),(t=4.329,P<0.01).After two courses of treatment,the clinical effective rates of the two groups were 93.02%and 81.40%,respectively,with statistical difference(х2=4.074,P<0.05).Conclusion Bizheng paste acupoint penetration medicine combined with compound acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of knee osteoarthritis patients with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia,and reduce VAS and WOMAC scores.
