基于TOPSIS法和综合指数法的贵州省中药民族药企业可持续发展能力综合评价研究

目的:对贵州省中药民族药企业可持续发展能力进行评价,发现影响企业可持续发展能力的因素,进一步提升贵州省中药民族药企业可持续发展能力。方法:通过构建的指标体系,运用TOPSIS法和综合指数法对贵州省中药民族药企业可持续发展能力进行综合评价。结果:TOPSIS法排名前三位的企业依次为企业14、企业10和企业21,Ci值分别为0.9569,0.9533,0.9493,综合指数法排名前三位的企业分别为企业10、企业14和企业5,综合指数分别为0.6518、0.6516,0.5571。结论:TOPSIS法和综合指数法分析结果基本一致,说明TOPSIS法和综合指数法能够客观地反映贵州省中药民族药企业可持续发展能力大小,且目前影响贵州省中药民族药可持续发展能力提升的主要因素是研究开发能力、资源投入回报能力和市场营销能力,因此应采取吸引人才、重视创新、企业合理兼并、加大财政支持等相应措施,提升中药民族药企业可持续发展能力。

Researches on The Comprehensive Evaluation of Sustainable Development Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprises in Guizhou Based on TOPSIS Method and Comprehensive Index Method

Objective To evaluate the sustainable development ability of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Guizhou, explore its mainly influencing factors, and further improve their sustainable development ability. Methods The index system was developed. And the sustainable development ability of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Guizhou was comprehensively evaluated with TOPSIS method and Comprehensive Index Method. Results The Ci values of top three enterprises ranked by TOPSIS were 0.9569, 0.9533 and 0.9493, respectively. And the composite indexes of top three enterprises ranked by Comprehensive Index Method were 0.6518, 0.6516, and 0.5571, respectively. Conclusion The analysis results from composite index method and TOPSIS method were consistent, which showed that TOPSIS and comprehensive index method can objectively reflect the sustainable development ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprises in Guizhou. At present, the main factors to influence the sustainable development ability are R&D capability, ability to return from resource investment and marketing, so it is suggested to take measures to attract talents, attach importance to innovation, reasonably merge enterprises, and increase financial support to improve the sustainable development ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprises.
