针药联合治疗更年期失眠症疗效的Meta分析

目的系统评价针刺联合中药内服治疗女性更年期失眠的疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方3个中文数据库中关于女性更年期失眠相关的随机对照试验(RCT)文献,经过筛选对纳入文献采用Cochrane评价手册中RCT质量评价工具进行质量评价,提取有效率为研究的结局变量,采用RevMan软件和Stata软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献12篇,患者1054例。经Meta分析显示:针药联合治疗的有效率优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(RR=1.10,95%CI为1.05~1.15,Z=3.78,P=0.0002<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药内服治疗女性更年期失眠具有良好的疗效,患者易于接受,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Meta Analysis on Acupuncture Combined with Medicine in the Treatment of Menopausal Insomnia

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of female menopausal insomnia.Methods We retrieved lots of RCT literature on how acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treat female menopausal insomnia from three databases(CNKI;VIP and WanFang data).As for selected literature,we use RCT quality evaluation tool of Cochrane handbook to evaluate their quality.Then we extract the effective rate from the literature and use Revman software and Stata software to Meta-analysis.Results 12 literature is referred including 917 patients.According to Meta-analysis,the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of Pure-Western medicine significantly(RR=1.10,95%CI:1.05-1.15,Z=3.78,P=0.0002<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the efficiency of the treatment of female climacteric insomnia.And the treatment is easy to be accepted by patients.So it can be widely used in clinical treatment.
