| 摘 要： | 根据实际带教经验,分析我院住院药房实习生的带教情况,发现存在实习生实习目标不够明确、带教方式传统以及制度不完善等问题。通过对相关问题和难点的分析,提出了改进措施,包括重视实习前岗位培训、完善实习计划、加强教师培训、规范实习制度等,期望通过不断地总结、改进,提高我院住院药房药学实习生的带教水平和质量,以期培养出更多药学专业人才。

| Abstract: | According to the actual teaching experience,we analyzed the teaching situation of the inpatient pharmacy interns in our hospital,and found that there are problems such as insufficient internship goals,traditional teaching methods,and imperfect systems.Through the analysis of related problems and difficulties,we put forward Improvement measures include:paying attention to job training before internship,improving internship plans,strengthening teacher training,standardizing internship systems,etc.It is expected that through continuous summary and improvement,the teaching level and quality of pharmacy interns in our hospital’s inpatient pharmacy will be improved,in order to cultivate more pharmacy professionals. |
