摘    要:DNA甲基化作为表观遗传调控机制,是疾病潜在的诊断标志物及治疗靶点,其可通过参与平滑肌细胞增殖、参与脂质形成、调控炎症反应及参与AS危险因素的形成等作用,影响动脉粥样硬化的进程。DNA甲基化的微观表象可以揭示"天人相应""阴阳自和"等中医经典理论,而中药复方及单体通过调控DNA甲基化可调节特定基因的表达,在稳定动脉斑块、增强抗凝疗效、保护血管内皮细胞等方面发挥作用,延缓及改善动脉粥样硬化的发展。

Abstract:DNA methylation, as an epigenetic regulatory mechanism, is a potential diagnostic marker and therapeutic target of diseases. It can affect the process of atherosclerosis by participating in smooth muscle cell proliferation, lipid formation, regulation of inflammatory response and the formation of as risk factors. The micro appearance of DNA methylation can reveal the classical theories of traditional Chinese Medicine such as "correspondence between man and nature" and "harmony between Yin and Yang". By regulating DNA methylation, Chinese herbal compound and monomer can regulate the expression of specific genes, play a role in stabilizing arterial plaque, enhancing anticoagulant effect, protecting vascular endothelial cells and so on, and delay and improve the development of atherosclerosis.
