摘    要:目的 建立一种简便、快速、现场测定生活饮用水中氨氮浓度的方法. 方法 通过对四种型号水杨酸法原理的现场检测仪器进行了曲线线性、检出限、测定下限、测定上限、精密度、准确度、干扰等技术指标实验. 结果 本标准方法的检出限0.04 mg/L,最低检测质量浓度为0.17 mg/L(以N计).用纯水和实际水样进行精密度实验,0....

Abstract:Objective To establish a simple,rapid and on-site method for determination of ammonia nitrogen concentration in drinking water.Methods Four types of field testing instruments regarding salicylic acid method principle were used to carry out the test about determining the linearity of curve,detection limit,lower limit determination,upper limit determination,precision,accuracy,interference and other technical indexes.Results The detection limit of this standard method was 0.04 mg/L,and the minimum detection mass concentration was 0.17 mg/L(calculated by N).Precision analysis showed that the relative standard deviations at the concentration levels of 0.25 mg/L,0.50 mg/L and 0.90 mg/L of analytes in pure water and real water samples were 0.0%-15.5%,0.93%-5.6%,0.82%-8.5%,and 1.5%-11.7%,0.8%-10.1%0.77%-5.8%,respectively.When 0.25 mg/L,0.50 mg/L and 0.80 mg/L ammonia nitrogen were added to the real water samples,the average standard recovery rates were 98%,106%and 104%,respectively,and the ranges were 70%-130%,90%-122%and 95%-112%,respectively.Conclusions The method is suitable for on-site detection of ammonia nitrogen in water when the chroma and turbidity are less than the national limit.
