对护士青光眼健康教育知识的培训效果研究

目的了解护士青光眼健康教育观念、知识水平，探索提高护士健康教育水平的方法。方法采取多种形式的培训，提高护士健康教育知识水平。采取自行设计的调查表，以问卷的方式对30名眼科护士培训前后的青光眼知识进行了调查，并进行对比。结果培训前，护士健康教育意识普遍较强，但知识水平有所欠缺。培训后，护士的健康教育知识水平大幅度提高，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．01。结论加强系统培训，可以提高护士健康教育知识水平，有效地提高患者健康教育效果，改善青光眼患者生活质量。

Research on the effect of cultivation of health education of glaucoma for nurses

Objective To find out the concept of health education and level of knowledge of glaucoma and explore the method to elevate the level of health education for nurses. Methods We adopted various forms of training to increase the knowledge level of health education in nurses. Then we carried out the investigation on the knowledge about glaucoma before and after the training in 30 nurses in ophthalmic department by self-designed questionnaires following by subsequent analysis. Results The health education consciousness was generally strong but the knowledge level about glaucoma was somewhat deficient before training.But after training their knowledge level of health education was highly elevated and was statistically different from that of before training （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Systemic training could elevate the knowledge level of health education about glaucoma and the effect of health education for patients to improve the life quality of glaucoma patients.
