摘    要:目的:建立ICP-MS同时测定啤酒及其酿造麦汁中铜、锌、铁、锰、钙等17种元素的方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以Sc、Ge、In、Bi作内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对市售不同品牌的瓶装啤酒进行了检测。结果:实验表明,17种元素加标回收率在86%~108%之间,工作曲线相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差均在0.86%~4.8%之内。结论:方法线性范围宽、灵敏度高、精密度和准确度好,是一种简便、快速分析啤酒和酿造麦汁中无机元素的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a useful method for determination of 17 elements in beer and brewing wheat juice samples.Methods:The levels of 17 metal elements were determined simultaneously in several brands of bottled beer and brewing wheat juices by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion for sample preparation,using Sc,Ge,In,Bi as internal standard.Results:The quality of the results was proved by the recovery experiments(ranging from 86% to 108%).The linear correlative coefficient for all elements was higher than 0.999.The relative standard deviations varied from 0.86% to 4.8%(n=11) for analytes in beer samples.Conclusion:The proposed method is fast,simple,sensitive and accurate,which can meet the demand for determining 17 metal elements in beers and brewing wheat juices.
