| 摘 要： | 经 CT 检查100例高血压性脑出血,显示一边界清楚均匀的高密度区,CT值42～84H,发生于底节、丘脑区为74例,破入脑室13例,15例行脑室引流,存活率67%。

| Abstract: | Computed tomographic(CT)scans of 100 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed.The typical computed tomographic features of intracerebral hematoma are a homogeneous region of increased attenuation surro- unded by a well demarcated relatively narrow low attenuation ring.Among the 100 eases 74 occurred in the basal ganglio-thalamic region,most of them manifested as elliptic shape,23 hemispheres were irregular in shape.3 in pontine were small. |
