国产阿德福韦酯用于HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎初治患者疗效观察

目的探讨国产阿德福韦酯胶囊（名正）用于HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎初治患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择符合抗病毒指征的HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝初治患者91例，将其随机分组为治疗组46例，给予名正治疗，对照组45例，给予贺普丁治疗，比较两组病毒学、血清学和生化学应答情况。结果治疗18个月时，治疗组／对照组HBV-DNA阴转率、HBeAg阴转率、HBeAg／HBeAb血清转换率分别为93．47％／82．22％、41．3％／28．89％、30．43％／17．78％，差异无统计学意义，但对照组有4例出现耐药。结论名正安全有效，用于HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎初治患者优于贺普丁。

Obaervation of the efficacy of homemade Adefovir Dipivoxil in the primary treatment of patients with HBeAg positive chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the home made adefovir dipivoxil （Mingzheng） in the 18-months treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with HBeAg positive. Methods In this randomized trial,91 eligible patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B were recruited and randomized receiving Adefovir dipivoxil （Mingzheng） 10 mg/d （ 46 patients） or Lamivudine 100 mg/d （ 45 patients ） for 18 months, respectively. The primary endpoint was virological response and serologic response （HBeAg loss rate and HBeAg seroconversion rate） and alanine aminotransferase normalization rate. Results After 18 months therapy,The HBeAg normalization rate and HBV DNA normalization rate and HBeAg/ HBeAb seroconversion rate were not statistically significant difference in both groups. Conclusions Mingzheng 10 mg once daily was safe, and efective in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.
