| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针药并举治疗短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的临床疗效。方法：将55例TIA患者随机分为治疗组（29例）和对照组（26例）,治疗组采用针灸配合汤药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：针灸配合中药治疗短暂性脑缺血发作优于西药疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and decoction to treatment transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods：55 TIA pacients were divided into treatment group （29cases） with acupuncture and chinese medicine and the control group （26cases） with western medicine. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Cupunture combine with Chinese medicine is better than western medicine. |
