49例高血压病患者~(131)I-OIH肾图分析

目的：观察并分析高血压病进程中肾图的变化。方法：对４９例不同期高血压病患者作１３１Ｉ－ＯＩＨ肾图检查。结果：高血压病时常出现“慢性梗阻”型肾图（８３７％）。分期越高“慢性梗阻”及损伤型改变越明显（Ｐ＜００１）；１３１Ｉ－ＯＩＨ肾图正常－轻损型与中损—重损型患者的病程、ＢＵＮ、Ｃｒ和平均血压（ＭＡＰ）间存在明显差异（Ｐ＜００１和Ｐ＜００５）。结论：高血压病肾小球、肾小管的损害，造成“肾实质梗阻”逐渐加重是出现“慢性梗阻”型肾图的重要原因；高血压病分期越高、病程越长、ＭＡＰ越高，肾图表现出梗阻及受损程度越严重

Analysis of 131 I-0IH Renogram in 49 Cases with Primarhy Hypertension

Objective:To observe and analyse the changes kf 131I-OIH renogram in the process of primary hypertension Method:49 patients who are in different proceeding stages of primary hypertension were administered the examination of 131I-OIH renogram Results:The chronic obstructive type of renogram was frequently found in primary hypertension(83 7%) The patients in a high proceeding stage of hypertension usually showed more chronic obstruction and impairment on the renogram while the patients in a low proceeding stage often showed less obstruction and impairment (P<0.01) The course of disease,BUN,Cr and average blood presure(MAP)were obviously different between the normal-light injurious type and mdeium-serious injurious type of renogram(P<0.01;P<0.05) Conclusions:The impairment of glomerule and uriniferous tubule,which could gradually leads to the parenchyma infarction of kidneys,proves to be an important reason in the appearance of chronic obstructive renograms The higher the proceeding stage and MAP or the longer the course of disease are,the more serious the obstructive renogram and the impairment would be
