| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手法劈核小切口白内障手术的效果和推广价值。方法：对施行的187例小切口手法劈核白内障手术,回顾分析术中、术后并发症,术后视力。结果：187例手术均劈核成功,术中后囊破裂9例,术后角膜内皮中度以上混浊28例,术后第3天视力≥0.5者135例。结论：手法劈核小切口白内障手术是一种安全、疗效可靠的术式,在无条件进行超声乳化手术时是首选术式。
