| 摘 要： | 目的研究下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术与颞下颌关节紊乱病(Temporomandibular disorder,TMD)发生的相关性。方法共采集下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术患者156例病例,其中共发生TMD 48例(病例组);对照组为下颌简单牙拔除术患者187例,共发生TMD 38例。运用SPSS17.0进行统计学分析。结果 TMD在病例中的发病率明显高于在对照组中的发病率,其差异具有显著的统计学意义。结论下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术为TMD发生的一个重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between the mandibular third molar extraction surgery and the temporomandibular disorder.Methods We collected a total of 156 mandibular third molar extraction cases and 187 simple mandibular tooth extraction cases,in which there were 48 TMD cases and 38 TMD cases respectively after the extraction.the datas were statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0.Results The morbidity of TMD in cases was significantly higher than the morbidity in the control group,and this difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The impacted mandibular third molar extraction might be an important risk factor for the TMD. |
