溧水县基本控制白喉后的监测报告

溧水县开展计划免疫后，基本达到控制白喉的目的。连续集年无病例发生，连续编年未查出漏报病例，百、白、破类疫苗接种率９５％以上，及时接种率提高至９０％。健康人群带菌率０．４９％，锡克氏阴性率９９０％以上，１９９０年人群血清抗体保护率９８．７％，ＧＭＴ１：１０１．６９。结果表明，通过有效地计划免疫手段，在一定的地区范围内，是能够达到消除白喉的目的。

REPORT ON MONITORING DIPHTHERIA CONTROLED IN LISHUI COUNTY

Dephtheria have been controled after immune planining was carried in Lishui. The case with dephtheria don't appear in it for 11 years. The inoculation rate of vaccine, which consist of pertusis,dephtheria and tetanus, is more than 95%. The apropos inoculation rate, inoculation against it must be done in good time, is 90%.The rate of bacteria-carrier and negative rate of Schick test in healthy population are separately 0.49% and more then 90%.In 1990, the protecting rate of serum antibody in healthy population is 98.71%, and GMT is 1:101.16. From these resullts it is concluded that dephtheria must be eliminated by carring immune planning in the area.
