体外循环中应用国产液位、压力报警器的临床研究

摘    要:目的评价国产HZ-01-A型液位、压力报警器在体外循环转机期间监测体外循环管路压力及储血罐液面的准确性和有效性。方法选择体外循环手术患者30例,包括成人患者20例、儿童患者10例;HZ-01-A型液位报警器的报警功能以日本TERUMO公司生产的SystemⅠ型体外循环机或德国Stockert公司生产的StockertⅢ型体外循环机的液面报警装置为对照;HZ-01-A型压力报警器压力监测与指针式压力表相对照,转机期间分别记录T1(主动脉插管后、流量为零时)、T2(阻升主动脉后5min)、T3(开升主动脉后5min)、T4(体外循环停机后)各时间点相应压力数值。设定HZ-01-A型压力报警器压力报警值为260mmHg,体外循环管路预充排气完毕后,钳夹动脉管路,启动滚压泵,泵压超过260mmHg时,观察是否报警。结果HZ-01-A型液位报警器的报警功能与SystemⅠ型体外循环机或StockertⅢ型体外循环机的液面报警装置相符合,HZ-01-A型压力报警器压力监测与指针式压力表显示数值在各时间点无统计学差异(P〉0.05),泵压≥260mmHg时报警率为100%。结论国产HZ-01-A型液位、压力报警器在体外循环中可以对压力和液面进行监测,并具有报警功能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectivity and accuracy of a new pressure and level alarm monitor HZ-01-A made in China. Methods Thirty cardiac surgery patients under CPB were selected, including twenty adults and ten children. Level alarm function of HZ-01-A was compared with those of Terumo System I or Stockert III perfusion system. Pressure values were measured and compared between HZ-01-A monitor and needle dial manometer at four time points, T1 ( before CPB) , T2 (Smin after cross clamping) , T3 (5rain after declamping) and T4 (after CPB). After CPB priming,pump pressure was made over 260mmHg,pressure alarm function of HZ- 01-A was observed. Results HZ-01-A was able to alarm when the blood level below the setting line of reservior as system I or stockert III did. There were no significant differences in pressure values between HZ-01-A and needle dial manometer at all time points (P 〉 0.05). HZ-01-A set out alarm when cardiopulmonary bypass set tube pressure value was over 260mmHg. Conclusion This survey demonstrates that HZ-01-A can be an alternative selection for pressure and level monitor in CPB.
