微创介入腹腔置管引流治疗腹腔脓肿的护理

目的 探讨微创介入腹腔置管引流治疗肝胆胰脾腹部手术后腹腔脓肿的护理。方法选择肝胆胰脾腹部手术后腹腔脓肿18例，配合医生采用介入技术置管；术后加强观察及合理用药，根据脓腔及引流情况，每日生理盐水加抗生素冲洗直至脓腔消失。结果18例均痊愈出院，无护理并发症发生。结论微创介入腹腔置管引流具有安全可靠、疗效确实、操作简便、病人痛苦小的优点，是治疗肝胆胰脾腹部手术后腹腔脓肿的有效方法，术后引流管的护理是治疗成功的重要保证。

Nursing on abdominal indwelling catheter drainage with minimal invasion for treating abdominal abscess

Objective To explore the nursing of abdominal indwelling catheter drainage with minimal invasively for treating abdominal abscess after abdominal operations. Methods From Aug. 2000 to Oct. 2004, 18 patients with abdominal abscess after abdominal operations were treated with indwelling catheter drainage. Their temperatures were observed postoperatively, and according to the drainage condition, we swashed the abscess cave with antibiotic and salt solution until the pus disappeared. Results All the cases were cured and discharged without any nursing complications. Conclusions The abdominal indwelling catheter drainage with minimal invasion is a safe and easy procedure for treating abdominal abscess after abdominal operations and has good effect. Nursing on the drainage catheter is the guarantee for successful treatment.
