耐多药肺结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群测定的临床研究

目的 :探讨耐多药肺结核患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群变化的临床特点。方法 :测定耐多药肺结核组 (MDR-TB)与非耐药肺结核组治疗前及耐多药肺结核组治疗后患者的 CD 3、 CD 4、 CD 8、 CD 4/CD 8值 ,并对测定值进行分析。结果 :治疗前 MDR- TB患者外周血中 CD 3、CD 4值明显低于无耐药肺结核组 ,CD 8值在两组之间差异无显著性 ;MDR- TB经正规强化抗结核治疗 2个月后患者病情好转者的 CD 3、 CD 4值较治疗前明显升高 ,CD 8及 CD 4/CD 8治疗前后差异无显著性。结论 :MDR- TB患者病情变化及预后与 T淋巴细胞亚群变化有一定关系 ,并可指导临床治疗

CLINICAL RESEARCH ABOUT T LYMPHOCYTE SUBGROUPS OF MDR-TB PATIENTS

Objective:To investigate clinical characteristic about peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroups of MDR-TB patients.Methods:The values of CD 3?CD 4?CD 8?CD 4/CD 8 about the patients in MDR-TB group and pulmonary tuberculosis group without drugs-tolerant were determined before chemotherapy treatment,MDR-TB group after treatment.Results:The values of CD 3?CD 4 about the patients in MDR-TB group before treatment were lower than those in pulmonary tuberculosis group without drugs-tolerant,and CD 8 had no obvious variation.The CD 3?CD 4 values of patients in MDR-TB group were obviously higher than themselves before treatment,and CD 8?CD 4/CD 8 had no obvious differtence.Conclusion:There was a definite relationship between variation of T lymphocyte subgroups and the variation of illness and the prognosis.
