沙土鼠急性脑缺血/再灌注期间脑内自由基代谢水平的变化

摘    要:本实验采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎模型观察急性脑缺血/再灌注期间脑内自由基代谢水平的变化。结果发现缺血40min时丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著下降,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性略有降低;再灌注1h后MDA含量进一步增加,SOD活性进一步下降,GSH-Px活性也明显降低,结果表明脑缺血/再灌注期间脑内出自由基代谢紊乱。

Abstract:Free radical metabolic levels were observed in acute ischemia/reperfusion brain tissue induced by bilateral ligation of common carotid arteries of gerbils.It was found that after ischemia occurred for 40 minutes the content of malondiadehyde(MDA)significantly increased; the activity of superoxidte dismutase(SOD)evidently decreased: glu tathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)slightly decreased. After one-hour reperfusion the content of MDA further increased; the activity of SOD further decreased; the activity of GSH-Px significantly decreased too These results indicate that free radical metabolism in brain tissue becomes disordered during cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.
