| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论癫痫患儿临床发作特点及发作危险。方法 对78例住院癫痫患儿进行1-6年随访。结果 癫痫发病与性别、族别有关，大多数发病年龄小，能找到病因，神经系统常见病或智力、精神状态异常，抗癫痫疗效差。结论 小儿癫痫发作与病因，起病年龄、发作类型及治疗有关，也可能与性别、族别有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and risk of epilepsy attack in children .Methods 78 children with ep ilepsy were followed up for 1 to 6 years .Results The epilepsy attack rate was associated with sex and nation ality.The anti-epilepsy treatment was not very effective in those chidren with y ounger age or mental abnormality.C onclusion Seizure in children may have relationship with the age,epilepsy- type,treatment method , sex and nationality of the patients. |
