牛街地区空巢老人社区护理需求调查分析

目的本文旨在探讨牛街地区空巢老人对社区护理的需求,提高空巢老人的生活质量。方法采用抽样调查的方法对牛街地区855名空巢老人进行问卷调查。结果牛街地区空巢老人慢性病患病率高达88.1%,其中近一半老人患有两种以上慢性病,高血压的患病率居首位。独居型空巢老人比夫妻同居型空巢老人对社区护理的需求更强烈（P〈0.01）。问卷整体的克朗巴赫信度系数值为0.72,内容效度达到良好水平。结论空巢老人非常需要社区护理,尤其是患有多种慢性疾病和独居的空巢老人。改善老年人的健康状况特别是空巢老人的健康状况是社区护理工作的重点。通过对问卷信度、效度的检验分析,说明此调查问卷是科学的、可信的。
