鼻内镜治疗患者手术前后的护理干预

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的内镜手术治疗前后的护理干预措施。方法226例患者在术前做好相关准备、心理护理和健康教育,术后注意观察病情、加强术腔护理和口腔护理、有效进行心理护理、做好健康教育和出院指导等护理措施。结果型84例,治愈76例(占90.5%),好转8例(占9.5%);型63例,治愈52例(占82.5%),好转11例(占17.5%);型79例,治愈60例(占75.9%),好转19例(占24.1%)。所有患者均未出现严重术后并发症。结论鼻窦内镜手术前后的护理干预是提高手术治愈率的重要环节。

The perioperative nursing intervention of patien in nasal endoscopic surgery

Objective:To investigate the perioperative nursing intervention of the nasal poly endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis or rhinopolypus.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-six patents were done correlated preparation,mental nursing and health education before operation,and taken notice of observing pathogenetic condition,strengthened postsurgical care for the cavity and oral nursing,done effective mental nursing,health education,discharge instruction and other nursing interventions after operation.Results:Seventy-six cases (90.5%) were cured and eight cases were improven(9.5%) among eighty-four cases Ⅰ-type patents.Fifty-two cases (82.5%) were cured and eleven cases were improven (17.5%) among sixty-three cases Ⅱ-type patents.Sixty cases (75.9%) were cured and nineteen cases was improven (24.1%) among seventy-nine cases Ⅲ-type patents.All patents were′t appear postoperative complications.Conclusion:The perioperative nursing intervention of endoscope of accessory nasal cavity is a significance link for elevating cure rate.
