蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的护理体会

目的:探讨蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的护理体会。方法:选择我院2010年1月至2010年12月收治的62例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,进行精细的护理,并对治疗过程中的护理方法进行总结和探讨。结果:有2例患儿出现发热症状,1例患儿出现腹泻症状,不良反应发生率为4.8%。其余患儿均治愈后出院,黄疸平均消退时间为(38.5±9.8)h。5例患儿在治疗后4-8h出现黄疸轻度反弹,2d后逐渐消退。结论:蓝光照射是治疗新生儿黄疸安全有效的方法,全程不间断的精心护理有利于确保护理质量,保证新生儿的身体健康。

Nursing Experience of Neonatal Jaundice Treated with Blue Light Irradiation

Objective:To investigate the nursing experience of neonatal jaundice using blue light irradiation therapy.Methods:From 2010 January to 2010 December,62 cases of neonatal jaundice in our hospital was selected as the researching objects,and they were fine nursed.The treatment process of nursing methods were summarized and discussed.Results:There were 2 patients with fever symptoms,1 patients had symptoms of diarrhea,so the incidence of adverse reactions is 4.8%.The remaining patients were cured and discharged.The average time for jaundice subsided is(38.5±9.8) h.The jaundice of 5 cases was mild rebounded in 4-8h after treatment,but they were gradually subsided 2 days later.Conclusion:Blue light irradiation is a safe and effective method for treatment of neonatal jaundice.Whole journey-uninterrupted care can be helpful to ensure that the quality of nursing care,and to guarantee the health of newborns.
