摘    要:目的:构建针对PBL教学特点的客观结构化临床考试站点,以对接受过PBL教学的护理本科生的综合能力进行考核。方法:应用文献资料法,结合PBL教学特点,采用德尔菲法咨询专家,确定考试站点及考核内容。结果:共进行2轮咨询,专家的积极性系数为100%,权威系数为0.92,构建的考试站点共14个。结论:本研究构建的考试站点既符合护理程序要求,又能够体现PBL特点,可在护理教学中应用。

Abstract:Objectives:To construct objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) sites according to PBL teaching characteristics and to assess the comprehensive ability of nursing undergraduate students after PBL teaching.Methods:We determined the examination sites and contents according to literature review,PBL teaching characteristics and experts consultation by Delphi method.Results:We delivered 2 consultations.The enthusiasm coefficient of the experts was 1.0 and authoritative coefficient was 0.92.Finally 14 examination sites were constructed.Conclusion:The examination sites that we construct in this study conform to nursing program requirements,reflect PBL characteristics,and could be applied in the OSCE.
