我院临床专业人员对输血相关知识掌握情况分析

目的:了解我院临床专业人员对输血相关知识的掌握情况,分析原因并提出相应的解决方法。方法:采用问卷方式,对我院345名临床医护人员进行输血知识掌握情况调查。结果:高级职称人员的知识掌握明显高于低级职称的医护人员(P<0.05);血液科医护人员问卷调查分数高于其它科室医护人员(P<0.05);医疗组的知识掌握程度优于护理组(p<0.05)。75.12%的医护人员要求再强化学习输血相关知识。结论:我院临床医护人员对输血相关知识掌握情况尚好,但还需继续进行输血教育,以提高医护人员输血相关知识整体水平。

Our hospital clinical experts to master relevant knowledge transfusion analysis

Objective:To our hospital clinical professional knowledge of blood transfusion masters,analyze the causes and puts forward the corresponding solution.Methods:Questionnaire in our medical personnel 345 clinical transfusion master knowledge on the investigation.Results:Senior professional title of the knowledge of the staff was significantly higher than the lower titles to medical personnel(P<0.05);Blood professional medical personnel department questionnaire survey points higher than other department personnel(P<0.05);The doctor’s knowledge of better than the nurse(p<0.05).75.12% of the medical staff to strengthen the learning blood transfusion requirements related knowledge.Conclusion:Our hospital clinical medical staff related to blood transfusion grasp condition is good,but still need to continue a blood transfusion education,so as to improve the whole blood transfusion medical personnel related knowledge.
