| 摘 要： | 目的:研究加替沙星对慢性阻塞性肺病患者茶碱缓释片药动学影响。方法:慢性阻塞性肺病患者联用加替沙星前后采集血样,测定茶碱血浓度,拟合药动学参数。结果:联用加替沙星后,茶碱峰浓度、曲线下面积明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:加替沙星对茶碱药动学有显著性影响,临床上两者联用时应监测茶碱的血药浓度,以确保安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of gatifloxacin on pharmacokinetics of theophylline Sustained-release Tablets in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:The concentration of theophylline in serum before and after coadministration with gatifloxacin were determined in patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated.Result:The peak concentration of theophyUine and area under curve after coadministration with gatifloxacin were increased remarkably(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of gatifloxacin on pharmacokinetics of theophylline is considerable and it suggests the clinically necessary to detect the serum concentration of theophylline for safety. |
