| 摘 要： | 目的 比较50～79岁不同年龄组对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity function,CSF)正常值.方法 采用FACT-6500对比敏感度测试灯箱对84例(150只眼)受试者进行CSF测试.结果 70岁组正常老年人的CSF较50岁组与60岁组明显降低,50岁与60岁组间比较差异无统计学意义.昼状态下,眩光可提高正常人眼CSF;夜状态下,眩光可降低正常人眼CSF.结论 CSF随年龄增长呈下降趋势.CSF是检测年龄相关性疾病所致视功能变化的有效临床指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To define the normal values of the contrast sensitivity function (CSF)indifferent age groups (50～79y).Methods Contrast sensitivity at 1.5,3,6,12,and 18 cpd was measured with theStereo Optical FACT chart in 84 persons (150 eyes).Results The contrast sensitivity of the 70y was inferior tothat of the 50y and 60y.The 50y and the 60y was not differ significantly from each other.In the daytime,glaresource can raise the CSF of normal person.At night,glare may reduce the CSF values.Conclusion The CSFdecline with the age.so CSF is a quick and valid index to find the change of visual function induced by aging. |
