| 摘 要： | 视网膜中央静脉阻塞是临床上常见的可引起视力丧失的眼底疾病之一,然而尚无针对病因的确切有效疗法.放射状视神经切开术是近几年提出的一种治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的新方法.该术安全可行,术后并发症少,提高视力显著,对治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞具有一定可行性及临床价值.

| Abstract: | Central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) is a relatively common disorder of the retina,and can result in a unilateral loss of vision. So far there is no known effective treatment for CRVO. Surgical decompression of CRVO via Radial Optic Neurotomy (RON) is a new,technically feasible and safe procedure,and there were no serious complications noted and improved visual function with this procedure. Therefore it maybe clinically feasible and valuable in treating CRVO. |
