舒适护理在上消化道出血中的应用

目的：探讨舒适护理在上消化道出血中的应用价值。方法：将93例上消化道出血患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用舒适护理,对照组实行普通护理。比较两组住院时长、再出血率、治疗费用和对护理工作的满意度等差异。结果：两组性别、年龄构成差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,观察组住院时长、再出血率、治疗费用和对护理工作的满意度与对照组相比差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的住院时间短,再出血率、治疗费用相对较低,对护理工作的满意度高。结论：舒适护理有利于上消化道出血患者以最佳的身心状态配合手术,缩短住院时间,降低治疗费用,提高护理质量。

A Study on Comfort Care in the Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective：Investigate the value of utilizing comfort care in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods：93 patients who was diagnosed upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly fractionate experiment group and control group,experiment group adopt comfort care,control group adopt usual care.The length and cost of hospitalization,rehaemorrhagia rate and patients′s satisfaction of nursing service were compared.Results：The length and cost of hospitalization,rehaemorrhagia rate in experiment group were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）,while patient′s satisfaction of nursing service was higher（P〈0.05）,after comfort care.Conclusions：Comfort care profit patients matching therapy in optimal body and mind state,save length and cost of hospitalization,cut down the rehaemorrhagia rate,enhancement the quality of care.
