帕罗西汀治疗乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者焦虑、抑郁的临床分析

目的评价帕罗西汀对乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者焦虑、抑郁的疗效。方法选择72例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组36例和治疗组36例。2组均采用常规化疗方法,治疗组同时予以帕罗西汀20mg,每日1次,共8周。治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行检测。全部患者进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分,并与中国常模进行比较。结果乳腺癌患者SCL-90各因子评分与中国常模比较,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子评分明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗组第8周SDS(41.2±3.7)及SAS(34.6±5.8),评分明显低于治疗前(分别为55.2±5.8和57.2±4.3),而对照组治疗第8周与治疗前比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后比较治疗组SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀对乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者抑郁、焦虑症状疗效显著。

The effect of paroxetine on anxiety and depression in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the paroxetine on depression,anxiety in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 72 cases with breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=36),they were both treated with routine chemotherapy.The patients in the treatment group were given paroxetine (20 mg/d) for 8 weeks.The SCL-90, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SAS) were measured before and after treatment.Results The score of SCL-90 in patients were increased comparing with Chinese norm in somatization,depression,anxiety, phobic anxiety (P<0.01).After the treatment,the scores of SDS and SAS (41.2±3.7 and 34.6±5.8 respectively) in the therapeutic group were significanty lower than those before treatment(55.2±5.8 and 41.2±3.7) respeltively,while there was no significant difference in contorol group(P>0.05) and the SAS and SDS in treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Application of paroxetion may improve the anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer.
